Rental Information
Town of Colonie Parks and Recreation department features a wide range of facilities which are available for rental to groups or businesses at affordable fees.
These facilities and meeting spaces can be used for business meetings or private events such as weddings, bridal and baby showers or other special events. To hold an event or to reserve a pavilion or conference room you must apply for a permit and you must be at least 21 years of age. The pavilion areas at all Town Parks is to be used on a permit basis only.
How to reserve a rental space
You can reserve a facility or meeting space online, or in-person at the main Parks Office (located at 71 Schermerhorn Road, Cohoes, NY 12047).

Colonie Mohawk River Park & Pool
Two pavilions are for rental.
The Riverview Pavilion is located at The Mohawk River Town Park. The Riverview Pavilion overlooks the scenic Mohawk River, and holds up to 125 people. Picnic tables and a barbeque for grilling is provided with the pavilion. Playground and bathrooms are a short walking distance away. The pavilion has two electrical outlets.
The Hilltop Pavilion is located at The Mohawk River Town Park. The Hilltop Pavilion sits atop the Mohawk River Park with a softball field adjacent to the pavilion for your pleasure. The pavilion holds up to 125 people, and comes with picnic tables and a grill for barbecuing. Playground and bathrooms are a short walking distance away. The pavilion has two electrical outlets.
West Albany Memorial Park
The West Albany Pavilion is located at 110 Braintree Street, Albany, New York. The West Albany Pavilion holds up to 125 people, and comes with picnic tables and grill for barbecuing. Playground and bathrooms are a short walking distance away. Electrical outlets are provided at this pavilion.
