The program is staffed by an attorney from the Legal Aid Society of Northeastern New York, Inc.. The attorney provides advice and representation and/or referrals as appropriate to Albany County seniors age 60+. The attorney may assist on a variety of legal topics including:

• Social Security,
• SSI,
• Pensions,
• Medicare,
• Nursing or Adult Home Issues,
• Food Stamps,
• SNAP/HEAP/Medicaid,
• Tenants Issues,
• Home Repair and Consumer Fraud,
• Grandparents' Rights,
• Financial Abuse and,
• Elder Abuse.
